It is like sowing a seed in the ground: It will inevitably sprout, put forth branches and leaves, form flowers, and bear fruit. The seed of Nam-myoho-renge-kyo is just the same. When you chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, your Buddha nature will surely emerge, your three evil paths and five cardinal sins will vanish, and you will enter the path of enlightenment.”
